Since 1996 Yard House has grown to 12 stores with 7 locations in Southern California: Long Beach (Shoreline Village), Costa Mesa (Triangle Square), Irvine (Irvine Spectrum), Rancho Mirage (The River), San Diego (Downtown 4th & Broadway), Pasadena (Paseo Colorado Mall), and Rancho Cucamonga (Victoria Gardens Mall). Yard House is also located in Lakewood, Colorado (Colorado Mills), Glenview, Illionois (Glen Town Center), Phoenix Arizona (Desert Ridge Marketplace), Palm Beach Gardens Florida (Downtown at the Gardens) and Scottsdale Arizona (Fashion Square Mall).

In 2006 - Yard House stores will be opening in Brea, CA (Brea & Imperial Ave); Kansas City, KS (Legends Mall), Glendale, AZ (Westgate Center), and Waikiki, HI (Waikiki Beachwalk). In 2007 look for Yard House Restaurants to be opening in Las Vegas, NV (Town Square next to Mandalay Bay) and Riverside, CA (Tyler Mall). Many new sites are in lease negotiations with sites across the United States.
