WFI is a leader in today's sub-prime mortgage marketplace. We serve mortgage brokers and work directly with consumers. WFI's product lines span Alt A to sub prime, and include both score and non-score products, with LTV's up to 100%.

Wholesale Lending
WFI originates and purchases loans through a network of independent mortgage brokers and correspondents, and we are proud to report that 98% of the brokers that choose us choose us again to get their loans closed.

WFI currently has 11 Wholesale Lending Regions, with offices located in the following cities:
