The Western & Southern Life Insurance Company Western & Southern Life's products and services (life insurance, annuities, retirement planning and needs analysis) are offered through two companies. Traditional whole life products are issued by The Western & Southern Life Insurance Company. Universal Life, term and annuity products are issued by Western & Southern Life Assurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Western & Southern Life Insurance Company.
