After retiring from his 20 years in the US Air Force, he was honored as one of the top recruiting executives while working for a personnel firm in Connecticut. Walt then partnered to establish Lighthouse Recruiting Group. As he moved forward, his vision and focus shifted, enabling him to establish a highly personalized recruitment firm specializing in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. Fee Options Every client is different. That's why we're flexible. We want to make the recruitment process as simple as possible for everyone involved, whether that means single placements, ongoing searches, paying on a contingency or retained basis. We'll work with you to determine the best course of action. While all qualified candidates enjoy our complimentary services, our client's choose from two convenient styles of searches and payment-contingency or retainer recruitment. Some clients prefer contingency recruitment and provide a percentage of a new hire's annual salary. Other clients favor retainer recruitment. They enjoy treating us as a true partner performing exclusive searches to build their team while remaining focused on creating multiple, successful placements.
