Vision Auto Glass, L.L.C., based in Scottsdale Arizona, is the premiere windshield repair and replacement company in the industry. Vision's mission is to provide quick and professional glass repair and replacement services to our customers at a convenient location of their choosing. Vision currently operates in the Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Dallas, Austin, Albuquerque, and San Diego markets, with new markets soon to be announced. Vision Auto Glass, L.L.C., was founded in 1998 by its President Andrew Baker, its Secretary, Matt Baker, and its Chief Operating Officer, Jerry Salko. Andy, Matt and Jerry have extensive experience in car wash operations. They initially started to perform windshield repair and replacement in their multiple car wash locations. This proved to be so successful that they began to devote full attention to the glass business. Gross sales for Vision Auto Glass, L.L.C. were one million in 1998, nine million in 1999, and are projected at ten million in the year 2,000. The key ingredient in Vision's success is the relationship that we build with each of the outlets that are the "Point-of-contact" for our customers. These relationships are what differentiate Vision from our competition. Traditional auto glass businesses obtain customers from yellow page advertising and referrals from insurance companies; they don't have a relationship with the ultimate customer. Our "Point-of-contact" with our customers is through our sales representatives, who are placed on site at selected high volume car wash and quick lube locations. We pride ourselves on having strong mutually beneficial relationships with our car wash and quick lube "Partners". Together we can service our mutual clients in a professional way. These strong relationships are evidenced by our long-term contracts with these companies to provide our valuable service at their locations. Vision has also built very strong relationships with insurance companies. Insurance companies not only appreciate dealing with our state of the art billing and collections systems; they also recognize the benefits to their bottom line in working with Vision. We at Vision, view our employees as our most valuable asset. We presently employ over 230 individuals in the areas of Corporate Administration, Insurance Billing and Collections, Customer Service, Dispatch, Sales Management, and on-site Sales Representatives. Our short-term goal is to grow through controlled expansion of current markets, and through identification and development of new markets. New expansion is sensible in markets where windshield damage is above average, state laws and insurance regulations are beneficial to our industry, and weather patterns support high traffic volume at our "Point-of-contact" locations. Vision has reached a point in growth where increasing locations and markets add little or no incremental administrative headcount. This has been achieved through systems which utilize repeatability. Our field training, recruiting, dispatching, pricing, invoicing, billing, and insurance collections methods are state of the art; and reflect the culmination of the hard work and experience our people have achieved over the past two years. Due to a streamlined concept and a well developed infrastructure, Vision has implemented a "Licensee Program". This program will allow Vision to expand its concept to a wider range of locations at a more explosive pace, without incurring a high level of risk. |
