Life, Health, and Disability Plans:

Retirement Savings & Other Investments:
401(k) Retirement - contributions can be made up to 15% of your base pay (subject to IRS limits) and VSEA matches 100% of the first 6% that you contribute; 100% vesting after only two years, and a variety of funds from which to choose.
Stock Options - The company grants stock options to its employees from time to time so that a large number of employees can participate in VSEA's growth through improvement in the share price. These options are subject to a vesting schedule of 1 or 3 years, based on the number of shares granted.
Additional Benefits:
Tuition Reimbursement - 100% of the cost of tuition, books and fees for approved coursework are reimbursed up to $7,500 per year.
Matching Gifts to Education - employee gifts to accredited colleges or universities are matched 2 for 1 on the 1st $100 employee contributes, then 1 for 1 on the next $2,000 with a $2,200 per year maximum.
