Student Marketing Services (SMS) serves as the communicator. SMS provides expert training to school managers and admissions representatives, showing them how to make the best possible use of the services SFG offers, and provide for the growth of their institutions. SMS also provides schools with a single point of contact for customer service. Each school has access to their own account representative - someone who knows their school's individual needs and concerns personally. It is a new level of service in the industry. Student Loan Services (SLS) manages payment processing and provides cradle-to-grave servicing strength on all loans originated with SFC. In the near future, you can expect to see SLS offering portfolio collections to schools everywhere, and total student account servicing regardless of whether a loan was originated with SFG or another lending source.
