Founded as Badcock Home Furniture in 1904, we are now Badcock Home Furniture &more and are one of the largest furniture retailers in the United States. We are headquartered in Mulberry, Florida, employ more than 1,200 corporate employees, have more than 315 stores in eight Southeastern states and offer our customers a full range of furniture, bedding, appliances, electronics, accessories and floor coverings.

Badcock &more, initiated in 2000, brought our customers and our employees a brighter, more spacious store display with more than 4,000 home products to appeal to a broader customer base. Of the existing stores that have converted to the Badcock &more concept, most have realized a 20-70% sales increase.

Through our unique dealership business model, approximately 75% of our stores are individually owned. A franchise fee is not required of potential business owners because Badcock consigns all of our merchandise to the dealers. Additionally, Badcock dealers gained eligibility for Small Business Administration (SBA) financing in 2003 and, because Badcock is officially listed on the SBA’s National Franchise Registry, allows dealers to easily apply for SBA financing.

While we are proud of our 100+ years furnishing and beautifying homes throughout the Southeast, we continue to look to and plan for an exciting future. It is our goal to have 90% of Badcock stores converted to the Badcock &more concept within months and continue successfully expanding our operations throughout the region, bringing our unique style to Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia.
