RAINBOW AND 5*7*9 are two very successful, juniors, plus and kids clothing and accessory retail chains that together make up the Rainbow USA Apparel family of companies. Rainbow provides a large selection of fashion forward and affordable merchandise including club wear, dresses, skirts, tops, bottoms, sleepwear, underwear, boots, shoes and jewelry. Our corporate offices and distribution center are located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York and we boast a total of 1000 store locations across 39 states in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. Rainbow has been a family owned and operated business since it's inception in 1929. Rainbow and 579 stores are primarily located in high visibility locations. With our extensive presence along with our long history the name recognition has allowed our company to grow exponentially within the last few years with anticipated continuous expansion. Each store is an average of 5, 000 square feet. Our distribution center is approximately 270, 000 square feet and moves a monthly average of 7 million units of merchandise.
