Proven capabilities: QuEST recently delivered a power generation accessory for a large power generation corporation in the US. By off-shoring the design to India, we were able to reduce design costs by no less than 50%. We were also successful in reducing material costs by 8% using the DFSS methodology. Further, we brought manufacturing costs down by a significant 30% by off-shoring to China. The above solution was delivered to the customer in the most cost effective manner, through the deployment of a global team. The project was executed using our local interface, which coordinated the various aspects of concept design, project management and customer interface.
