Michigan Fresh-Mex opened their first Qdoba Mexican Grill in February of 2000 in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Since then we have built 7 more Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants including 3 which have opened in 2004. We operate stores in East Lansing, Flint, and Oakland County. Our food is fresh, prepared daily, with an awesome flavor profile. Our "fast casual" restaurants will impress you with their trendy décor and warm environment.
