Quality Dining, Inc. (QDI) is one of the nation's largest restaurant companies, successful with both our franchisee operations and internally developed concepts. Our nearly 175 locations throughout the Midwest and Northeast serve the casual dining, upscale and quick-serve segments. You're probably more familiar with QDI than you realize. Our concepts include Burger King, Chili's Grill & Bar, Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen, and Spageddies Italian Kitchen.

What's on the Menu for Managers?

For newly hired managers, we teach the fundamentals of restaurant management through a 12-week development program. Courses include:
  • Food preparation
  • Employee supervision
  • Financial management
  • Disciplined operating procedures
  • General administrative responsibilities
Following the initial training program, continued guidance is provided by some of the industry's most experienced professionals, our Area Directors and Region Managers. They pass along their expertise and share best practices through regular management conferences, quarterly workshops and development seminars. As your career with QDI progresses, your path may take any number of new and exciting directions.
