About Bristol Industries

The company was originally established when Cold Forming Specialties of Fullerton, California was acquired in May of 1973. The following year the Bristol Socket Screw Company of Waterbury, Connecticut was acquired and consolidated with Cold Forming Specialties.

The company was reorganized as Bristol Industries in 1978, and moved to its present location in Brea, California. Bristol Industries' objective was to become a specialist in the manufacture of aerospace fasteners. A management team with extensive experience in the industry was assembled. Machines and specialized equipment were built, purchased and obtained from various sources to enable a superior productive capability.

Bristol's integrated facility incorporates all of the abilities for fastener research, design, development, engineering, production control, manufacturing, processing, and quality assurance. With this capability and the employees who work with us, we are able to provide our customers with high quality products to satisfy their needs.
