What can a manager expect?
Management talent is the cornerstone of O'Charley's success. Few managers are skilled enough to succeed at this level. Beginning with a comprehensive, ten-week training program including classroom and team-building activities at our Home Office, your management career will be built around your ability to work with your team. Each location operates with five to six management members to support operations and create a team dedicated to balance. You will also receive on-going training both from the Regional and local level.
