Incentive Compensation Plan
Managerial/Professional employees are eligible
to participate in the Incentive Compensation Plan. The plan provides an
opportunity for employees to share in the successful achievement of annual
Exchange objectives. It also allows the Exchange to recognize and reward
individual and team employee contributions.
Benefits
Health Care Coverage - Managerial/Professional
employees and their eligible dependents are eligible for health care coverage
on their first day of employment. The Exchange gives employees flexibility
in the kind of health care coverage they receive by offering a managed
care point-of-service plan, a comprehensive indemnity plan and HMO options.
The Exchange pays for 100% of the premium when employees choose an
HMO or point-of-service plan.
Dental Care Plan - Employees may use any dentist they choose and the plan pays 100% of covered expenses for preventive care services. The basic plan is at no cost to the employee for individual or family coverage. We also offer an opportunity for employees to purchase coverage at a higher reimbursement level for scheduled procedures.
Vision Care Plan - Vision plan benefits include coverage for examinations, lenses, frames, and contact lenses. The basic plan is at no cost to the employee for individual or family coverage.
Spending Accounts - Spending Accounts allow employees to set aside dollars, before they are taxed, to pay certain expenses. Employees can establish two separate accounts: one for health care expenses that are non reimbursable and one for dependent care expenses.
Retirement Plan -The Exchange pays the entire cost of this plan. Employees automatically begin to participate in the plan on the first of the month nearest their 21st birthday, or the first day of the month following six months of service, whichever is later.
Savings Plan - Managerial/Professional employees are eligible to participate in the voluntary tax-deferred 401(k) Savings Plan, beginning immediately. They may choose to defer, or contribute on an after tax basis, up to six percent of their salary, and the Exchange will match this contribution by 100%. The employee may make deferred or non-deferred contributions of an additional 12 percent of his/her annual salary.
Depending on the employee's financial objectives, he/she may choose to invest in one or more of these funds: a conservative strategic balanced fund, a moderate strategic balanced fund, an aggressive strategic balanced fund, a core equity fund, an aggressive equity fund, a fixed income fund and an international equity fund.
All monies, the employee's own salary deferral, after-tax contributions and Exchange contributions, are fully vested immediately. Although withdrawals are subject to restrictions, the plan also has a loan feature.
The Savings Plan permits employees to roll over contributions from another qualified plan (former employer's plans) or an IRA that was established as a rollover account from a prior company distribution.
Employee Development and Career Advancement
-We encourage employees to develop skills and knowledge by participating
in seminars, workshops and other educational programs. Management
and professional development
programs are offered to staff at all levels.
Tuition Refund Program -Full-time employees
are eligible to participate in the Tuition Refund Program. The Exchange
reimburses 100% tuition for grades above C- in approved courses at any
accredited college or university for up to 18 credits per academic year.
