MRS Technology, Inc. has been developing, marketing, and selling microlithography equipment for the production of flat panel active matrix displays for consumer and military products since 1986. The MRS PanelPrinter is a step and repeat lithography sy stem that offers all of the essential requirements for low cost, high volume production of full-color flat panel displays used in video phones, laptop and notebook computers, cockpits, TV's and other applications. The MRS PanelPrinter is complex, fully a utomated, software controlled optical/electrical/mechanical equipment used by major companies, world-wide, in the manufacture of flat panel displays.

MRS TECHNOLOGY IS THE FIRST COMPANY to develop a large-area, high-resolution photolithography system, the PanelPrinter, specifically designed to enable the high volume manufacture of flat panel active matrix and field emission displays and other large area, microlithography-based electronic products. Flat panel displays are the first high volume application for large-area, high resolution photolithography. Other applications, such as large-area sensing or scanning circuitry, will emerge as this rela tively new process matures. PanelPrinters combine the multiple advantages of extreme precision, reliability, and high productivity.
