Financial Reporting
Financial reporting professionals, while working on engagements of an affiliated attest firm, will be involved in performing attestation services (audits, reviews and compilations) on financial statements while providing value added services to clients relating to internal controls and operating efficiencies. Additional services performed include due diligence relating to merger and acquisition transactions and other special projects.

Tax
Tax professionals will be involved with providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for our diverse client base. Opportunity exists for professionals with international or domestic expertise. Our state and local tax group deals primarily with compliance and consulting issues for larger multi-state business clients. Emphasis is on rendering services directly to entrepreneurs and decision makers to provide creative solutions that minimize taxes and maximize wealth accumulation.

Entrepreneurial Services
The professionals in the Entrepreneurial Services Department will be working on financial service engagements, tax returns, flex staffing engagements, assisting in bank negotiations and real estate transactions. The Profit Enhancement Group provides a proven method for identifying and leveraging opportunities to increase profits and help a company perform at it's highest level. Wealth Advisors is an affiliate of MFSL that brings value added services to our existing client base and to attract new clients. Wealth Advisors is designed to develop comprehensive financial plans. Our mission is to help clients define their financial planning goals. Every plan is effectively written in accordance with the client's personal circumstances and needs. Our Wealth Advisors services include: Retirement Plans, Estate Planning, Life Insurance Planning, Education Planning, Investment Planning, Disability Income Planning, and Cash Flow Planning.
