The Partners Organization The Partners Organization Established in 1994, Partners Healthcare Systems, Inc. oversees the affiliation of Brigham & Women's Hospital, the Massachusetts General Hospital, the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
