Sears Grand is a new, integrated format that brings customers the best of Sears and Kmart. The store is a unique entry into the off-mall retail setting and offers customers convenient, everyday solutions for home and family needs. Sears Grand provides customers with top picks of the durable, quality products for which Sears is known, the everyday national brands for which Kmart is known, plus the proprietary brands from each.



Kmart is making a big impact on customers with its newly remodeled stores. What started in White Plains, NY and Boca Raton, FL in 2004 is rolling out to stores across the nation. The new look features new merchandise displays and fixtures, updated graphics and a more open, easierto-shop store layout. The remodeled stores are bright and open with wider aisles and better visibility throughout the entire store. Departments are separated by different colors while new, bolder signs call out each department so customers can navigate the store easily.



Reinvigorating Sears' mall-based business is an important part of our overall retail strategy. The full-line store reinvention is rooted in the integration of marketing and merchandising by reconnecting with our customers and catering to their everyday needs. While providing greater value for the key elements in their lives, we are differentiating Sears by appealing to our customers' emotional and aspirational needs.
