JobNet is committed to completing a full Client Evaluation Process to understand your staffing needs, prior to taking action on your search. We find by discussing your goals for this new hire, the reason for the new hire, the backgrounds of the people, in this same type of position, who have been most successful for you in the past, the challenges this person will face, your manager's background and personality, and more, helps us produce the best results from our efforts.
Throughout the process we ensure there is on-going communication so our customer knows where they stand at all times.
We offer the same in-depth screening process for our Candidates. In this way their answers are unbiased. We know why they made the choices they did in their career, what motivates and demotivates them, what management style they work with best, etc. We verify all information, including degree if applicable on our client's behalf based on client's interest in pursuing the candidate.

Although most of our searches have been in the areas of Management, Sales, Bilingual & Human Resources, we can assist you throughout your organization. We specialize in understanding who you are as a company so we can help you throughout.

Our preferred method of working with a corporate client.
- Retained Search Or Exclusive Search. Would accept contingency.
Process:
- Sign Contract and return.
- Agree on recruiting method and process. Process to be charted out and agreed upon at onset of receiving order. This includes # of interviews, telephone, face to face, working interviews, ride-alongs, and final offer and acceptance, and ideal start date.
- Client Data Sheet to be completed by telephone with recruiter.
- Speak with HR, and one level up direct report whenever possible to complete on-going understanding of needs and wants.
- Client agrees to respond to recruiter within 24 hrs. following interview.
- Client offers contact information for after hours communication, as needed.
- Search begins.
How are Sourced Candidates screened/assessed, and Processed?
- Candidates complete Candidate Data Sheet.
- Telephone Interview and Face to Face whenever possible.
- On-going Briefing and Debriefing.
- On-going screening for counter-offer possibility.
- Background and reference checks.
- Candidate Accepts Offer.
- Coach candidate on resignation process.
- Stay in touch with Candidate during stage following acceptance of offer and start date to support candidate through transition.
- Be available to candidate following hire.

If a client gives the same search to a high number of recruiters.
When several recruiters call the same person we find the candidate feels like they are less special and the company is placing this search on a less professional level.
We at JobNet like to ensure that we complete all stages of our interview process. When we know you are trusting in us to do that job, we perform best. We are determined to make the best introductions for the "right" hire.

3:1 All are good candidates meeting your criteria, so it's a question of personality fit.
- Clients: What companies are "off-limits" to our agency? Sourcing from client companies is off-limits. We are able to source candidates from your top competition if desired.
