BENEFITS FOR IOS TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES

HEALTH INSURANCE - Health Insurance: Health Insurance has no waiting period and employees may enroll the first day of the first assignment worked. Options include medical PPO plan, dental, vision, life, dependent life and short term disability benefits.

DOWNTIME PAY - Payroll is continued for sick time, holidays, and lapses between jobs. Eligibility is accrued at a rate of 12 days per year. Downtime Pay, an exclusive benefit of IOS, earns paid days off for temporary employees.

Eligibility begins after 3 months and 450 hours of employment. Days off are paid at the rate of 7.5 hours and are accumulated at one day per calendar month of 150 hours worked. Downtime Pay may be used for holiday pay, sick pay and job lapse pay.

BONUSES - Referral bonuses and special recognition bonuses are paid under varying circumstances.

CREDIT UNION - Credit Union enrollment is immediate upon starting a temporary assignment and includes lifetime membership. Our Credit Unions offer special advantages like direct payroll deposit into credit union accounts, savings accounts that pay higher than passbooks, and low rates on home, auto and personal loans.

401k PLAN - 401Plan - Pre-tax retirement savings plan which accepts rollovers from qualified 401(k) plans. Employees may contribute any percent annually up to the annual maximum allowed by the IRS in a plan year. Employees must work 4 months, and enroll in the following open enrollment in December and June for a January 1 and July 1 effective date.
