Insituform Technologies, Inc. is the world leader in providing trenchless technology to rehabilitate, replace and install underground pipes. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the company operates in Canada, Europe, Asia and across the United States.
With a mission of providing clean water to customers around the world, Insituform utilizes its “Cured in Place” (CIPP) technology to rehabilitate sewers and pipelines with a synthetic fiber liner. Insituform is aggressively building its water pipe rehabilitation business to add to its market leader position in sewer pipe repairs.
Insituform also operates a tunneling segment, conducting tunneling, micro tunneling, and pipe system rehabilitation. In addition, the company’s Tite Liner segment is dedicated to lining new and existing pipe with corrosion- and abrasion-resistant polyethylene.
Incorporated in 1980 as Insituform of North America, Inc., the company changed its name to Insituform Technologies, Inc. in 1992. It is headed by Thomas S. Rooney, president and CEO.
