OVERVIEW
IHA (Integrated Health Associates) is southeastern Michigan's premiere primary care physician group. We are a combined force of over 96 doctors and 44 nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse midwives, making us a strong influence in southeastern Michigan.

We provide care in 24 locations throughout four counties in southeastern Michigan for a population of more than 200,000 active patients. IHA was formed starting in early 1994 through the mergers of the area's most prominent physician practices specializing in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Family Medicine. Based on shared mission to serve our patients and community with highly quality, personalized care, IHA has rapidly expanded over the years through 18 subsequent mergers and the recruitment of the best and brightest physicians from university and community practice settings. IHA is strong, stable and well positioned for the future.

In addition, our provider team includes: advanced practice nurses, certified nurse midwives, radiology technicians, registered dietitians and social workers; more than 500 active associates who assist in delivering care and performing administrative services.
