Training is the cornerstone of Houston's growth - employees will not be thrown into the mix to sink or swim. First exposure to the demands of the company's intense training will take between 4 to 6 months to complete. Completion of Houston's training program is to earn the respect of the entire restaurant industry and, most importantly, fellow managers.
