This software factory with over 15,000 sq.ft., houses 150 networked PC workstations, an AS/400, multiple UNIX workstation and a RS/6000. It has a team of over 250 software professionals working round the clock and is positioned to house an additional 200 workstations.

Atul Nishar, Chairman, Hexaware (India and Worldwide Operations), Aptech Ltd, Apple Finance Ltd, began with his entrepreneurial foray in finance in1986. Within a short span of time he diversified into information technology.Today after a decade of focussed growth and commitment Nishar has managed to make his mark and establish leadership in both these most challenging and high growth fields of infotech and finance undertakings. 

Ganesh Natarajan, heads the Information Technology Divisions - Aptech & Hexaware. He is an Industrial Engineer with 15 years of experince in Business Process Re-engineering and Information Strategy Development and implementation for Manufacturing and Service Organisations.  

The worldwide operations are led by Chief Operating Officers who are supported by a team of Vice Presidents, Consultants, Developers and Trainers.  

Avinash Lele, Chief Operating officer, leads the US Operations from Princeton, New Jersey.  

Vijay Kasbekar, Chief Operating officer, leads the European Operations from Slough, Berkshire, UK.  

Ravinder Bali, Chief Operating officer, leads the Middle East Operations, from Dubai.  

Uday Tembulkar, Chief Operating officer, leads the Asia Pacific Operations from Singapore.  

Aruna Jayanthi, heads the Offshore Software Development Centre in Mumbai, and leads a team of over 300 Consultantants, Developers and Trainers.
