Family owned and operated since Sam Berman first began selling furniture door-to-door in 1912, Harlem Furniture continues to succeed in Chicago's highly competitive furniture market by offering the value conscious consumer excellent service and selection at affordable prices.

A single store until 1985, Harlem Furniture, headquartered in Lombard, Illinois, currently operates 13 stores in Chicagoland. Showrooms are conveniently located throughout Chicago. These locations include North, South and Elston Ave., along with our suburban locations in Hoffman Estates, Glenwood, Hillside, Vernon Hills, Naperville, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale, and our NEWEST location in Morton Grove, as well as a 120,000 square foot Superstore in Lombard.

Harlem Furniture and their designers have worked together to design Harlem Furniture showrooms that create a retail environment unique and inviting to today's furniture customer. One-of-a-kind designs such as America's Home, a 3,500 square foot fully furnished house built inside of the Lombard showroom, create an environment unlike those found in traditional furniture retailers.

With over 520 employees company wide, Harlem Furniture is looking to the future, with an aggressive marketing and development plan designed to support Harlem's continued growth throughout Chicago's metropolitan area.
