They are designed to automate call center sales and improve service delivery, eliminate manual tasks and reduce the time required to correct proof errors; automate incoming and outgoing check and item returns; reduce the backlog of research requests; and improve the timeliness, control, and security of wire transfers. Components and tools used to develop and support this system include Oracle, Windows NT, and PowerBuilder.
