Since our inception in 1974, we have grown from three founding principals to a client service organization encompassing distinct, yet interrelated divisions. While operating under the same management umbrella, the divisions are segmented by recruitment specialty and employ over seventy-five degreed professionals plus research and support staff. Each division is directed by a principal of the firm, who has a minimum tenure of ten years with FORUM.
