Work Environment
Headquartered in the beautiful city of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Firstlogic also has offices in Chicago (Hoffman Estates), Denver and Raleigh, NC. La Crosse (pop. 51,000) has all the amenities of a big city with the community feel of a small town. It also has one of the nation's highest-ranking education systems and lowest crime rates. La Crosse also offers residents the chance to enjoy some of the finest outdoor recreation in Wisconsin. Many parks, campgrounds, and hiking/biking trails located throughout this area follow along the Mississippi River. Additionally, many outdoor festivals are held annually in La Crosse. These festivals range from Oktoberfest in early fall to Riverfest in mid-summer. Located just minutes from the Firstlogic base camp are a number of restaurants, hotels, and shopping centers that allow employees to unwind at lunch or after work. Every new employee at Firstlogic goes through an instructive orientation session the first day on the job. Also, an in-depth, educational training program is given each month for new employees. This training emphasizes the special elements - company history, client base, product overview, and policies and procedures - that make Firstlogic a great place to develop your career.
