Our Business
Fired Up owns, operates and develops a unique, dynamic restaurant concept - Johnny Carino's Italian, which it also franchises. Currently, there area over 145 Johnny Carino's restaurants. The Carino's concept is positioned in a fast-growing segment of the casual dining market and has many features that distinguish it from its competition.
Johnny Carino's is a casual dining concept that appeals to a broad range of customers by offering authentic country Italian dining in a colorful, warm and relaxed setting. Carino's innovative menu offers quality Italian food with bold flavor profiles served in generous portions at value prices.
The Fired Up management team is comprised of seasoned industry veterans. From staff level positions to its officers, the team is committed to supporting the restaurant concept and building the culture.

Our History
Fired Up, Inc., a casual dining restaurant company, was founded in 1997 by Creed L. Ford III and Norman J. Abdallah. That same year, Fired Up, Inc. acquired Johnny Carino's from the Kona Restaurant Group. Mr. Ford, Chairman and Co-Founder of Fired Up, Inc., was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Brinker International where his 21-year career with the casual dining chain included the responsibility for Brinker restaurants worldwide. Mr. Abdallah, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Fired Up, was previously President and CEO of Red Hot Concepts, a Chili's licensee for the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this position, Mr. Abdallah was employed with Brinker International for nine years serving in various management positions including Vice President of Franchise Operations and Development where he was responsible for franchise restaurants accounting for over $350 million in annual sales.
Our Future
The Company has agreements for 510 Johnny Carino's to be developed by 18 franchise partners throughout the United States and the Middle East over the next fifteen years. Fired Up intends to expand eight to sixteen Company restaurants per year - our franchise partners intend to expand twenty to 30 restaurants per year.
Aggressive franchise growth of multi-unit Johnny Carino's is planned through strategic development partnerships, making Fired Up, Inc. one of the fastest growing concepts in the restaurant industry. Fired Up expects that the mature Johnny Carino's chain will be 70% franchised and 30% Company-owned.
