Family Service of Greater Boston (FSGB) has grown since its founding in 1835 through continuous program innovation and adaptation to meet changing client demographics, community needs, trends in service delivery and approaches, and fluctuating sources of financial support. Today, FSGB is one of the most highly regarded child welfare, home health care, and elder care agencies in the Greater Boston area. FSGB reaches 6,500 mothers and babies, fathers, grandparents, children, other adults, and teens every year.
