Information Solutions is one of three key business areas managed from our corporate headquarters in Orange, California. It includes our major data processing centers based in Orange, California and Allen, Texas; our consumer assistance center in Allen, Texas; and our telephone service, sales and marketing center in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Information Solutions provides credit information on more than 190 million US consumers and over 13 million businesses. Our services include credit reports, credit prescreening, risk management, generic and custom models, fraud detection and collection tools to help manage accounts for maximum profitability. We also specialize in services for small businesses.

Experian Marketing Solutions
Marketing Solutions is headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois with a support division in Allen, Texas. Marketing Solutions provides consumer marketing information and analysis tools to enhance customers' direct marketing campaigns and improve their marketing performance. By merging Direct Marketing Technology, Inc. and Experian's Target Marketing Services, Experian became the third-largest direct marketing company in the US and the second largest in the world when combined with the organization's UK and international operations. Experian processes 13% of all US advertising mail—about 10 billion pieces annually.

Technology Operations is headquartered in Orange, California, and is responsible for computing environments—including data centers in Allen, Texas and Schaumburg, Illinois—and for technology strategy and standards. Software application development functions will be located in the solutions businesses, closer to product development and customer needs.

Finance and Administration provides both corporate and business financial planning, accounting and reporting capabilities, as well as facilities, purchasing, travel and related essential activities.

Human Resources Management & Development focuses primarily on Employee Relations, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Development, and Customer/Employee Training nationwide.

Legal and Corporate Affairs includes communications, public policy and government relations.
