Overview

Started in 1972 by a handful of people with a vision, National Evaluation Systems, Inc. (NES), is now a national company with offices in Massachusetts, Texas, and California and is a leader in the educational testing industry.

NES develops criterion-referenced testing materials that compare performance against defined learning objectives or knowledge of content. These tests, therefore, serve a truly educational function, offering diagnostic score reports to examinees so that they can see what content they have and have not mastered and to assist institutions of higher education in evaluating their programs.

Staff are supported by state-of-the-art equipment and management processes. The company's growth and reputation for excellence stem largely from the talent and commitment of its employees. NES believes strongly in providing a supportive and challenging work environment and focuses on its employees as its most important and valued resource.

In addition to working with a dynamic group of people, our employees have the advantage of living in the extraordinary area we call home - the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. A region of unsurpassed beauty, the Valley is the site of the outstanding University of Massachusetts and some of the nation's finest liberal arts colleges, including Amherst, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire, and Smith. The Valley also provides a remarkable array of cultural, recreational, and entertainment opportunities.

We are looking for more men and women with the same enthusiasm, imagination, and personal commitment to excellence as our current employees possess. Take the time to get to know us. If you do, we're confident that you too will want to become a part of what we think is a very special organization.
