About ECI
ECI was established in 1977 to provide engineering and planning services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and polymer industries. ECI has grown over the years from a small company servicing the Baton Rouge area to a full service engineering company, providing services worldwide.
ECI currently provides engineering, procurement and construction management services to clients throughout the United States and overseas, with offices in Baton Rouge, LA and Houston, TX.
ECI's home office, located in Baton Rouge has the capacity to house 250-300 personnel. ECI's personnel are a combination of registered professional engineers of all disciplines, cost/schedule engineers, procurement specialists, construction managers, designers/drafters (CAD and Smart Plant 3D capable), computer technicians/analysts and administration support staff.
