Founded by Elaine and Doug Myrback in 1998, EMS started as a vision of quality service and performance. Initially EMS was established in their home, then very quickly grew into 5 offices nationally. EMS has grown organically, attracting and nurturing each team member and building each office one at a time. To open a local market, a mature office consists of putting a core, EMS-experienced team in place to instill our culture and process.
