DSC Logistics was founded in 1960 as Dry Storage Corporation. Beginning as a single site public warehouse in Chicago, the company expanded into multiple facilities. Transportation services were added while growing beyond Chicago into Dallas, Atlanta, and ultimately operating nationwide. In recent years, dedicated contract facilities have been opened for various customers; and value-added services such as custom packaging were developed in response to customer requirements. In recognition of the company's growth as an organization servicing the full spectrum of logistics services, our corporate name was changed in 1994 to DSC Logistics. Today, DSC manages over 30 Logistics Centers in 13 states for leading companies in the consumer goods, grocery, electronics and healthcare industries. |
