We offer one of the quickest advancement programs in the restaurant industry. On average, time to promotion to a Store Director position is 2 - 3 years from date of hire. All promotions are from within the company and they are based on performance and availability of positions. This is a way for us to reward our high performing directors with promotions to our upper level positions such as regional supervisors and regional directors. The Store Director oversees the operation of a single unit. They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Directors as well as developing a strong and satisfied customer base through marketing and advertising. The Assistant Director positions are divided into two levels. The First Assistant is involved in staffing, training, employee development, administration, and managing food and labor costs. The Second Assistant is given direct responsibility for producing and maintaining the production line along with the everyday responsibility of running shifts. The Catering Director is responsible for assuring prompt and courteous service to those customers who dine outside of the restaurant. Whether this is a customer carrying food out of the unit or ordering via the Internet for delivery, the Catering Director is responsible for completion of orders going out the door. This position also carries some responsibility of marketing to the area business to build sales.
