Cooper-Standard Automotive designs custom seals based on specific performance requirements that protect the interior of a vehicle from weather and road noise or secure glass within the auto framework. Products include dynamic seals, glass runs, and encapsulated glass. The Body & Chassis Systems Division is ranked first in the global weather sealing market and is a leader in the design and manufacture of sealing systems. This division also designs and produces NVH products that are bonded to metal to assist with the minimization of noise, vibration, and harshness, including engine mounts, body mounts, and suspension components. The Body & Chassis Systems Division is ranked fifth in the global NVH market.
- Fluid Systems Division - Headquarters located in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Cooper-Standard Automotive designs products for transporting fluids and vapors throughout a vehicle including heating and cooling, brake and fuel lines, emissions, and power steering. Cooper-Standard Automotive is a leading global supplier of highly engineered plastic, rubber, and metal tubing and related specialty quick-connects and coatings provided both as individual components and complete integrated systems. Serving specific industry needs for 80 years, the Fluid Systems Division has hundreds of patents issued or pending and its global operations produce over one billion feet of tubing and more than 100 million quick-connects annually.
