Conforming loan products are also available though Centralized Lending in conjunction with CitiMortgage, while Centralized Lending's Alternative Lending Program offers non-conforming mortgages to Citibank loan applicants. With a staff of approximately 150 employees, Centralized Lending regularly produces more than $70 million in loan volume each month.
CitiFinancial Mortgage Home Equity Loan Offices offers mortgage and home equity products for a variety of customers from it's 60 offices around the United States. We support our customers with a broad range of programs to accommodate just about every borrower need and credit profile. Approximately 450 employees work in the HELO operation.
