Within Constellation Wines are six companies, five are brand owners producing, marketing and selling their own brands in their home countries and one is a wine-focused sales and marketing trading company that sells the products beyond the home country borders. The brand owning companies also distribute sister company products in their home countries.

Constellation Wines U.S., which encompasses Centerra Wine Company, Icon Estates, North Lake Wines and Pacific Wine Partners, provides a common platform of services including channel management, finance, operations, human resources and legal services to the four companies.
	Centerra Wine Company
Centerra Wine Company, headquartered in Canandaigua, New York, is a sales and marketing company focusing on the popular and premium wine category with more than 20 well-known brands. Leading brands include Alice White, Arbor Mist, Cook's, Covey Run, Inglenook, Monkey Bay, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Talus Collection, and Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi.

	Vincor Canada
Vincor Canada, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, outside of Toronto, is Canada's largest producer, marketer distributor or wine. Vincor's brand portfolio includes premium New World wines, which are complemented by a variety of popular priced wines, wine kits and refreshment products. Brands in Vincor's portfolio include Jackson-Triggs, Inniskillin, Hawthorne-Mountain, Kim Crawford, Sumac Ridge and Sawmill Creek. Vincor Canada also owns 160 Wine Rack retails stores in Ontario.
	Constellation Europe
Constellation Europe, headquartered in Guildford, England, is one of the largest premium drinks companies in Europe and has a strong portfolio of brands from the wine, cider, fortified wine and wine-style drinks. Constellation Europe's wholesale division, Matthew Clark, is the premier wholesaler serving a full range of drinks and business building services to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants throughout the UK. 	Nobilo Wine Group
Located in Auckland, New Zealand, Nobilo is New Zealand's second largest wine producer and an importer of brands from Australia, Italy and South Africa. 	Barton, Inc.
Barton Incorporated is a division of Constellation Brands, a leading international producer and marketer of beverage alcohol brands with a broad portfolio across the wine, imported beer and spirits categories. Constellation Beers & Spirits imports and markets some of the world's best beer brands into the United States, and is one of the largest producers and marketers of distilled spirits in the United States
	Barton Beers
Barton Beers, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, represents six of the top 20 imported beers, including #1 import Corona Extra. Barton Beers imports the Modelo portfolio including Corona Extra, Corona Light, Modelo Especial, Pacifico and Negra Modelo in the western United States. The Mexican portfolio is brewed and bottled by the Grupo Modelo Brewery in Mexico. The beer portfolio also includes St. Pauli Girl Lager, Special Dark and Non-Alcohol beers brewed and bottled by the St. Pauli Brauerei in Bremen, Germany and the number one imported Chinese beer in the United States, Tsingtao brewed and bottled by the Tsingtao Brewery in China.
	Barton Brands
As the nation's third-largest spirits supplier, Barton Brands operates seven production facilities in North America - five in the United States and two in Canada. Known for their successful new product introductions and line extensions such as 99 Oranges, 99 Black Cherries, Caravella Limoncello, Chi-Chi's, Mr. Boston and Fleischmann's. Barton Brand's portfolio also includes Black Velvet Whisky, which has grown to be one of the top selling Canadian Whiskies in the United States due largely to the revitalization efforts that began when the brand was acquired in 1999.
