ANC is the leader in barrier bottle technology, utilizing both injection and extrusion processes. Its research and development efforts are based at world-class technical centers in Neenah, Wisconsin, and Voreppe, France.

Financial Analysts
Junior and Senior Level Positions
We're looking for professionals to develop and maintain analytical systems, administer budgeting functions, and report on manufacturing improvement programs. Senior positions will have responsibility for reporting the business' monthly sales income
and cash flow, furnishing analysis of current and forecasted operating results, and evaluating trends. Travel may be required. Candidates should possess BA/BS, a strong knowledge of general accounting systems, excellent analytical skills and the ability
to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Lotus 1-2-3 is essential. Senior level positions require manufacturing cost accounting experience and a strong working knowledge of financial systems, including general ledger.
Process Engineers
These professionals will be responsible for ensuring specification/customer quality compliance through ISO 9002, in the areas of process improvement, machine efficiencies, waste reduction and safety. Additional duties include working with and educating an hourly workforce. Candidates should possess a BS in Engineering along with 2 to 3 years of manufacturing experience-preferably in flexible packaging. Computer skills are preferred.
Sales Reps/Account Managers
Opportunities are available for sales professionals to generate and grow new and existing accounts. This will involve managing inventories, and identifying ways to maintain and improve profit margins. We seek motivated, results-oriented individuals with a BA/BS along with 3 to 5 years of experience in flexible packaging. We prefer a firm understanding of technical aspects of plastic packaging products (rigid and flexible).
Manufacturing Department Managers
These positions will have direct responsibility for manufacturing departments, including Maintenance and Shipping/Receiving, and will indirectly oversee Human Resources, Quality and Scheduling. Requirements include experience with Flexo or Roto
Printing and Extrusion or Adhesive Laminating, along with a background with high performance work systems development. Materials management experience is a must. A BA/BS is preferred, as is work redesign experience.
Shift Supervisors
We're looking for Shift Supervisors to oversee shift supervision of Press Department operations in a number of our Midwest locations. Responsibilities include supervising and training press personnel, minimizing waste and managing make-ready and run
performance in both Flexo and Roto technologies. We prefer a BS in Printing Technology or graphics and 2 or more years of supervisory experience. Computer skills are a must. Flexo Press experience and knowledge of extrusions and laminations is
preferred.
