Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. (ENRG) was formed in March 1995 to become the leading retailer in the fast-growing bagel industry. In 1996 ENRG acquired Noah's New York Bagels which was established in September 1989. Noah's Bagels operates over 75 retail locations in Northern California, Southern California, Oregon and Washington.
