Mission Statement
The mission of Augustana Care Corporation (ACC) is to serve God by fostering fullness of life for the elderly and other people in need through the provision of health care, housing and other services in a Christian environment.

Overview
Augustana Care Corporation is a Christian-based organization that has been in operation for 107 years providing housing, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services for the elderly along with others who have special needs.

Augustana Care Corporation consists of three campuses and one Therapy Services Company:

Augustana's Minneapolis campus combines

  • Augustana Health Care Center - a 303-bed skilled nursing care facility
  • Augustana Apartments - 377 apartments in 4 high-rise complexes.
Augustana's Hopkins campus combines
  • Augustana Chapel View Care Center - a 128-bed skilled nursing care facility
  • Chapel View Apartments - a 56 unit independent senior living facility.
  • Open Circle Senior Day Center - provides high quality adult daycare and family respite services.
Augustana's Hastings Campus combines
  • Augustana Health Care Center - a 107-bed skilled nursing care facility
  • Park Ridge Apartments - an 80-unit independent senior living facility.

  • Augustana's Therapy Services Company offers physical, occupational and speech language services both on an inpatient and outpatient basis across the greater Minnesota Metropolitan area.

    • Promote and strengthen congregation (or parish) relationships.
    • Provide services for the community, which compliment our health care and housing programs.
    • Achieve financial security through sound operations and resource development in order to sustain our mission.
    • Establish ACC as the employer of choice by providing the highest quality work environment.
    • Continue to foster and promote an active volunteer program to support and enhance our operations.
    • Encourage advocacy efforts for the needs of the people we serve.
    • Position ACC for the future through the creative use and expansion of properties and services.
