Arrowsmith's bright, innovative engineering team developed FLEETCON(TM), a state-of-the-art workforce management system that uses technologies such as client/server computers, wireless data, mobile computers, digital maps, and automatic vehicle trackin g, and routing to effectively dispatch technicians to customers. FLEETCON collects, distributes and analyzes real-time information through both centralized and remote locations.

Using FLEETCON reduces three big technician frustrations - too much paperwork, excessive drive time to and from calls, and an inability to contact the dispatcher in a timely manner due to crowded radio air waves.
